If you've found/assembled a good resource, let me know - no video tutorials thanks.

In this movie it is described as an obligation to do three good deeds for others in repayment of a good deed that one receives. Such good deeds should be things that the other person cannot accomplish on their own. In this way, the need to help one another can spread exponentially through society, creating a social movement with the goal of making the world a better place.
In practice the philosophy of pay it forward has broadened relative to its literary roots, and now stands for a more general social responsibility and desire to help others in recognition of the help one has received for one's self. It is also sometimes described as being 'good for a favor', meaning a willingness to help others (even strangers) on the expectation that it will all come back around in the end.

Manjushree was founded in 1998 by Lama Thupten Phuntsok, to provide a happy, healthy home as well as free education to many of the orphans and other needy children in the Tawang region in the high Himalayas of Northeast India.

The vision of Manjushree Orphanage is:
To provide a home and close-knit, loving family for orphans, and for physically disabled or destitute children of the Tawang district.
To provide a modern education and impart values of compassion.
To inspire the children to act with a good heart, to become leaders in their communities and to help bring peace to the world.

I Got My Kindle! Now What Can I Do? (090208) EVERYTHING For Email PDFs Fr...
by Don Ursem
Amazon Price: $9.60
Customer Review: I expected great things from this book but was sadly disappointed. The cost was way too high for the shortness of the book, and a lot of those pages were given over to humor when I would have preferred more solid information for my Kindle. Since buying this I've learned that the author has a "business" style book for the Kindle that might have been a better match for me, but I don't want to have to risk another $9.60 to find out.
Join in and Play (Learning to Get Along)
by Cheri J Meiners
Amazon Price: $8.76
Customer Review: This is such a wonderful book. It is very thoughtful, respectful and kid friendly. The book spells out very clearly how to "join in and play." There is a wonderful teacher/parent guide in the back with activities for children to practice on how to make friends. The book is very well written and the illustrations are so dynamic. You can really tell how the children are feeling in the book by their facial expressions. (My only caveat is that the illustrator wasn't given credit on the byline. I don't know how the publisher go away with this but it is an egregious error in my perspective.) All the books in the series are wonderful! My daughter reads them over and over again.

Teaching Gifted Kids in the Regular Classroom: Strategies and Techniques Ever...
by Susan Winebrenner, Pamela Espeland
Amazon Price: $23.07
Customer Review: Sadly, the students who will make the least progress during the school year are our gifted students. With all the energy that teachers spend trying to help our low-achieving students pass the ever more stressful mandated state tests, our high-achieving students can get left behind.
Winebrenner's wonderful resource can help teachers manage the wide range of ability levels in our classrooms, without spending every waking moment designing different lessons.
This should be in every teacher's classroom library. The strategies work with ALL students.
Feet Are Not for Kicking (Board Book) (Best Behavior Series)

Customer Review: I love these books. It is really helping my toddler to understand what not to do.
